well I've been thinking about the protection of home and when I thought I found that if a thief erupted in armed conflict could not defend myself, if I'm looking to buy a crossbow CuX I can not afford a gun fire, if I were to buy a crossbow type I can buy?
This is not Sherwood Forest, you do not take a knife to a shot. Save up to 9 mm or less 38spl not much money. A crossbow deer hunting good + $ 400.00. A small gun is not much more decent. Try a pawn shop if you are old enough and live in a city / state that allows guns.
I searched the compound and traditional bows life. But now I'm hurt and looking crossbows. So far Excalibur looks like the best and that comments on its quality, accuracy and simplicity to the condition that the chain of evolution in the feild. Now, I love Barrnett the extent of the price, but herd that has problems with its members and only a 1 year warranty. Ten points seems to be on top of the line compound bows. So I guess my real question is against compund TENPOINT EXCALIBUR recurve bow?
Ten Point and Excalibur crossbows are the two best in the market price. Point of ten has a lifetime warranty, but the abuse is not covered and the Member States have a 5 year warranty. Here is a link to It.-http: / / www.tenpointcrossbows.com / Warranty.asp Excalibur Crossbows shows no warranties of any kind to view the site, that's all. All other issues are addressed with the exception warranty. This seems very suspicious to me.I never buy a bow that does not guarantee writing.I'm sure you'll have a warranty of any kind, but I could not found on the web for the arches. Here is a link to your website for more http://www.excaliburcrossbow.com/ the Excalibur is a recurve bow members only, and I personally I do not think I would. There would be disappointed to all members unless there is maintain the total mass of 200 pounds or more. I feel that ten is the best point arc. In most magazine's ten articles crossbow crossbow point is that to get, no, no Excalibur.
This Is Excalibur – The World’s Best Hunting Crossbows
I’m not a hunter, have a couple of guns that I shoot at the range about twice a year.
I was looking at some vids of guys with crossbows / bows and am interested in buying one pretty much for fun.
What could I really do with it? Is it an effective weapon? What should I get (crossbow or bow)? What do you recommend for something that is great as an all-around bow? (target or for practical use?)
I don’t mind spending some money on something decent.. Any suggestions?
Is this something you can practice with in your garage? I do have an archery range nearby but I’m just curious…
Thank you
Well, let’s see…
Are bows effective weapons? They must be, since people have been using bows to put meat on the table for thousands of years. They just aren’t as effective as a rifle (but neither is a sling-shot – and look at what David was able to do to Goliath with a ‘toy”).
An all-around bow, in my opinion, would be something like the English Longbow, or the Magyar “horsebow” — or a Bear Kodiak recurve (or anything similar). All are good for hunting and target, and all are easy to take care of (and there are no mechanical moving parts, such as pulleys, to break down at the worst possible time). I’m saving to buy a Mongolian-style bow….. Of course, a lot of people will say that only a compound bow is a “real bow” — but they have probably never used anything else. For the “record”: if it is used to launch an arrow, it is a bow.
A good, decent bow can cost anywhere from $20 (home-made) to over $1600 (top-of-the-line, custom-made). It depends a lot on how much you are willing to spend and what you really need the bow for…and whether you have the skills to make a bow. And then there are the accessories, if you want them….. Also, arrows; a good set of arrows (one dozen) can cost as much as $200 (again, top-of-the-line custom-made). I make my own cedar-shaft arrows for about $50/dozen.
With the proper set-up, you can practice almost anywhere. When I really need to, I have a space set aside in my basement for practicing (I use blunts or “judo” points, and shoot at a piece of carpeting). I also have an outdoor range, down the driveway from the house (it’s good to have 40 acres…).

Yes, crossbow arrows are generally more short and is called "bolts." You will need to have a store to determine the length and weight of the bolt you need
[mage lang="en|fr|es|en" source="flickr"]Avi Crossbow[/mage] I need information. the size of a crossbow arrow.?
I have a crossbow Barrnett rev avi, I can run 20 "bolts, what is the difference between 20 "and 22 screws?
While the 16 that are legal. Other than that, I have a £ 175 ten-point shooting Profusion 20 "bolts. They seem to fly much better than the longer bolts. I operated 60 deer (precision) and 20 "large operations. The 22" seemed to not fly too well because I am a staff of Horton, which has five positions increase. "He would have reached 20 and 30, but low Hella 50 and 60. One thing to consider is that you always broadheads (especially Guillotines for turkeys) erase the foot. Apart from that, that's all I have for you. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Is that a gun or crossbow £ 80 £ 50 or more animals kill Raccoon?
can kill an animal like a larger size or coyotes animals? £ 50 crossbow pistol can kill What kinds of animals? £ 80 crossbow pistol can kill these animals?
Coons, marmot, you the name of this size, and that the crossbow will kill him. If you're close enough, can kill a coyote (I do not want all …), but if the investment is reported criticism. I suggest you do not pull anything with it though. If you must remove the parasites, get a 0.22.
I am looking for a material that is not a rare or expensive for my crossbow I do. I want to be really strong and can withstand much pure strength and good elasticity and tightness. I found at Lowe's or any other store that way. Not expensive, but.
If you want a good material. Suggest maple. Finding a good right (right, the same grain) and has a winner. I agree with the Mountain Man. I have a bit of 150 pounds. I started with a crossbow and never ended (they have not taken the time to make a crash) I took the baton from a source of old VW bugs. Unless you're like me and have a bit of a machine shop … which might be difficult, if … You can find the forum at Lowe's maple. It's a great thing. Just do not push too much wood. Suitable for light material (<100 pounds) at the beginning, and when you prepare, a graduate of the heavy stuff. Fun question many memories of when I was a teenager and dabbled in such things …
